EduSpring is an educational revision platform built for school-age students in the UK. These Terms of Service govern your use of the EduSpring website and application. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are under 13 years old, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and create your account on the parent flow.
EduSpring (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a guided learning platform designed to help students in Years 3–11 (typically aged 7–16) in the United Kingdom improve confidence and outcomes. The platform provides interactive quizzes, progress tracking, study planning tools, and parental oversight features.
EduSpring is currently in Beta. While we strive for a stable and reliable service, we may make changes to features, content or availability with reasonable notice where possible.
EduSpring offers four account types:
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Notify us immediately at support@eduspring.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All content on EduSpring — including quiz questions, explanations, study materials, design elements, and code — is owned by EduSpring or its licensors. The question content is written to support UK secondary curricula but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by any examination board (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, etc.).
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
EduSpring takes the safety of young users seriously. Parent accounts allow you to:
We do not display advertising to users, and we do not share student data with third parties for commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle children’s data.
EduSpring is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. During the Beta period especially, the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our revision content, EduSpring does not guarantee exam success. Our materials are a revision aid and should be used alongside other study resources and teacher guidance.
To the extent permitted by law, EduSpring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or its users.
On termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of EduSpring after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of EduSpring shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
