How can we help?

Children in Years 3–8 (under 13) need a parent to create their account. Sign up as a parent first, then use the "Create child account" button in your dashboard. We record your parental consent at that point.

If your child registered themselves (Years 9–11), open Settings → Family on your parent dashboard and enter the invite code shown on their account. They'll appear in your dashboard within a few seconds.

Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password". We'll email a reset link to the address on file. The link expires after 1 hour.

Check spam, then click "Resend confirmation email" on the verify-email page. If it still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, email support@eduspring.co.uk and we'll verify you manually.

When your child uses AI explanations or the study assistant, their input is sent to OpenAI through our server to generate the educational reply. Per OpenAI's API terms this data is not used to train their models. We never share it for advertising. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. The parent dashboard shows quiz sessions, accuracy by topic, time on task, and the daily streak. You can also enable a weekly email summary from Settings → Notifications.

Students can change their exam board in Settings. Parents can also set it on a child's account from the parent dashboard. Questions automatically filter to that board's content where available.

Individual teachers get a free classroom (up to 35 pupils). Families have a free trial; subscription details are on the Pricing page.

Email support@eduspring.co.uk from the address on the account. We delete personal profile data within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR. See the Privacy Policy for full retention rules.

Click "Report this question" inside the quiz. We review every report within a few working days and update the question bank if needed.
